How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Simply fill out our form by clicking here.  Enter the amount you wish to place on the gift certificate and submit.  Once we compile your information, you will receive an e-mailed PayPal invoice detailing the information you have just entered.  If you opted to pay via personal check/money order, you will receive a simplified e-mail with instructions on how to proceed with payment.

Once you have made payment by PayPal, personal check or money order, your gift certificate will be mailed promptly to the recipient's home address on your behalf, along with the instructions for redemption.

Is there a shipping charge to send a gift certificate?
We mail our certificates free of charge.  You pay only the actual gift amount.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Proceed to the redemption form.  Enter your gift certificate's unique ID number into the space provided.  Next, in the area marked "List Desired Item(s)", enter the item numbers of the piece or pieces you would like to receive.  You'll find item numbers for each individual item available on this website.  Click here for an example of what to look for.  Simply copy the item number(s) and enter it into the redemption space.  

What if the item I like doesn't have a price listed yet?
Unpriced items on this website indicate that they are new releases and are not yet available for direct purchase.

What if my certificate is less than or exceeds the full purchase price?
Any balance remaining may be paid via PayPal, personal check or money order.

If the value of your certificates exceeds the purchase price, you can apply the unused portion towards another purchase or for future purchases. A credit will be recorded in your account. We do not offer cash refunds on unused gift certificates.

Does the gift certificate have an expiration date?
Yes.  It will expire one year after the original purchase date.
