The Rolls-Royce Phantom IV is the rarest in the collection: only seventeen examples exist in the world.
First owner: Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Addullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah from November 1951 to 1964
Second owner: HRH Prince Faysal Ben Turki Ben Abdul Aziz from 1964 to 1986
(the Saudi Arabi plates are with the car).
The third owner: Hatem Hussein El-Khalidi, who was American resident, worked for CIA and brought the car in USA in 1986. He kept the car until 2018.
Fourth owner: Phantom Collection since 2018.
